
Ms. Melinda Harper
Melinda Harper is the accompanist for Trojan Children's Choir. This is her third year with the group. She teaches music at Robert M. Martin Elementary School and is a Kodaly certified music educator. Ms. Harper has accompanied choirs and soloists for fourteen years. Since 2007, she has sung with various choirs and performed in multiple operas.
Ms. Harper was a member of the Utah Symphony Chorus from 2018-2020. She performed with this ensemble at the Grand Teton Music Festival in Jackson Hole, WY in 2018. She made her solo debut at Carnegie Hall in 2019 with New York Dramatic Voices.
Ms. Harper received her Bachelor's degree in music education from Brigham Young University. She will graduate with her Master's degree in music education from Wichita State University in Summer 2024.
