    • Follow directions

    • Remain focused and dedicated

    • Be kind and respectful to their fellow choir members

    • Work as team

    • Have fun :)

  • The student will receive a folder of music. It is their job to:

    • Keep the music safe

    • Only use pencil on the music

    • Bring the music to EVERY rehearsal

      • (tip: leave music in your backpack!)

  • If the student loses their music, they must pay $30 to replace the music

  • Students must practice at home once the directors have provided practice materials. This allows us to choose more advanced music in the future.

    • If your child attends Cottonwood, we understand that select faculty members from Cottonwood have graciously accepted this responsibility of getting your child to rehearsal

  • Our primary communication is through email. It is your responsibility to check your email to stay up-to-date and see information regarding rehearsals.

ATTENDANCE POLICY

We understand that your child might need to be absent from rehearsals. In order for the absence to be excused, please notify personnel by noon on the day of rehearsal at the latest. If they need to be absent, for any reason, please email trojanchildrenschoir@gmail.com with the name of your child and the reason why they will be absent.

NOTE: Missing more than 3 rehearsals in one semester will result in a discussion on whether or not you may be dismissed from the choir.

Missing concerts are unacceptable with the exception of sudden illness, death in the family, or communicated at the beginning of the semester. Failure to communicate will result in immediate dismissal from the choir.
